As CEO, Alan has been instrumental in establishing the company as a premier channel focused cloud software and services provider, with over 200 channel partners at the beginning of 2014. These channel partners leverage the company’s service delivery platform to white label high quality, feature rich cloud communications services like Hosted PBX, Hosted VoIP, SIP Trunking, Unified Communications and all related products and services. Under Alan’s leadership, the company has experienced tremendous revenue growth and customer retention rates, and his laser-like focus on enabling Interconnects, Managed Service Providers, and Carriers to succeed at selling, delivering, managing, and invoicing for cloud communications products and services has enabled channel partners to realize industry leading profits and success. Alan invests much of his time helping the company to build on its entrepreneurial culture, attracting talent, and keeping the company’s management team focused on maturing the company and adjusting to ongoing market opportunities and threats. Alan has been a successful entrepreneur in the Philadelphia region since 1995, and has a deep background in guiding Service Providers and software companies to critical mass through profitable growth. Before joining Digium, Chris spent twelve years as the Director of Software Development for Asteria Solutions Group a company founded in 2004 to provide technical services, support and development for Asterisk based solutions. As a Senior Consultant at Nortel Networks, Chris implemented service activation, network provisioning and network inventory management systems for Tier 1 telecommunication companies . Chris holds a BS from the University of North Alabama.

At Jenne, Inc., Elder leads the company’s marketing function which provides marketing programs and services to the 180 technology manufacturers for which Jenne distributes products, as well as to its customers who are value-added resellers. Under her leadership, the company developed and launched Jenne Marketing Pro, a consultative marketing approach providing the company’s customers with marketing campaigns and consultation designed to help build their pipeline.Prior to joining Jenne, Elder served as the Chief Marketing Officer for the American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland where she drove major marketing and communications initiatives that enhanced the organization’s visibility and reputation in the region resulting in increased revenue and support.
